A divorce is only permissible twice: after that, the parties should either hold Together on equitable terms, or separate with kindness. It is not lawful for you, (Men), to take back any of your gifts (from your wives), except when both parties fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah. If ye (judges) do indeed fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah, there is no blame on either of them if she give something for her freedom. These are the limits ordained by Allah. so do not transgress them if any do transgress the limits ordained by Allah, such persons wrong (Themselves as well as others).

Divorce is twice; then either to retain in all fairness, or to release nicely. It is not lawful for you to take back anything from what you have given them, unless both apprehend that they would not be able to maintain the limits set by Allah. Now, if you apprehend that they would not maintain the limits set by Allah, then, there is no sin on them in what she gives up to secure her release. These are the limits set by Allah. Therefore, do not exceed them. Whosoever exceeds the limits set by Allah, then, those are the transgressors.

Divorce must be pronounced twice and then (a woman) must be retained in honor or released in kindness. And it is not lawful for you that ye take from women aught of that which ye have given them; except (in the case) when both fear that they may not be able to keep within the limits (imposed by) Allah. And if ye fear that they may not be able to keep the limits of Allah, in that case it is no sin for either of them if the woman ransom herself. These are the limits (imposed by) Allah. Transgress them not. For whoso transgresseth Allah's limits: such are wrongdoers.

Divorce is twice. Then, either keep [her] in an acceptable manner or release [her] with good treatment. And it is not lawful for you to take anything of what you have given them unless both fear that they will not be able to keep [within] the limits of Allah. But if you fear that they will not keep [within] the limits of Allah, then there is no blame upon either of them concerning that by which she ransoms herself. These are the limits of Allah, so do not transgress them. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah - it is those who are the wrongdoers.

Le divorce est permis pour seulement deux fois. Alors, c'est soit la reprise conformément à la bienséance, ou la libération avec gentillesse. Et il ne vous est pas permis de reprendre quoi que ce soit de ce que vous leur aviez donné, - à moins que tous deux ne craignent de ne point pouvoir se conformer aux ordres imposés par Allah. Si donc vous craignez que tous deux ne puissent se conformer aux ordres d'Allah, alors ils ne commettent aucun péché si la femme se rachète avec quelque bien. Voilà les ordres d'Allah. Ne les transgressez donc pas. Et ceux qui transgressent les ordres d'Allah ceux-là sont les injustes.

И если вы опасаетесь, что они не смогут соблюсти ограничения Аллаха, то они оба не совершат греха, если она выкупит развод. Таковы ограничения Аллаха. Не преступайте же их. А те, которые преступают ограничения Аллаха, являются беззаконниками.

O divórcio revogável só poderá ser efetuado duas vezes. Depois, tereis de conservá-las convosco dignamente ou separar-vos com benevolência. Está-vos vedado tirar-lhes algo de tudo quanto lhes haveis dotado, a menos que ambos temam contrariar as leis de Deus. Se temerdes (vós juizes) que ambos as contrariem, não serão recriminados, se ela der algo pela vossa liberdade. Tais são os limites de Deus, não os ultrapasseis, pois; aqueles que os ultrapassarem serão iníquos.

Die Scheidung ist zweimal. Dann (sollen die Männer die Frauen) in angemessener Weise behalten oder im Guten entlassen. Und es ist euch nicht erlaubt, irgend etwas von dem zurückzunehmen, was ihr ihnen (als Brautgabe) gegeben habt, es sei denn, beide (Mann und Frau) befürchten, die Schranken Allahs nicht einhalten zu können. Und wenn ihr befürchtet, daß sie die Schranken Allahs nicht einhalten können, dann liegt kein Vergehen für sie beide in dem, was sie hingibt, um sich damit loszukaufen. Dies sind die Schranken Allahs, so übertretet sie nicht. Und wer die Schranken Allahs übertritt das sind diejenigen, die Unrecht tun.
